Delicately drawn pencil portraits of backs of children and loved ones. 

I am offering a framed (28cm x 28cm) pencil portrait for £140

These portraits are so thought provoking, endearing and timeless. 
And they lend themselves beautifully to the rawness of graphite pencil.

All I require is a photo of your subject taken from behind and emailed to victoria@originalsinpencil.co.uk. 

Photos can easily be taken with a smart phone.

Maybe you would like your child/children in their school uniform or dressing up clothes, sitting or standing?

Walking on their way to school (coats and bags make a great feature within the drawing)? 

Maybe you would like an adult and child portrait?

The options are fun and endless.

You are welcome to send a few photos through so we can discuss which is best. 

A little tip: bend a little to make sure your subject is positioned square and central and try not to cut off any limbs etc :)

Once I have received your photo, I will be in touch.

I will provide you with bank transfer details for an initial 50% deposit so I can add you to my list.

Final payment is required upon completion of the drawing.

Turnaround time is currently 2 weeks, but do let me know if you require your portrait for a special occasion.

Pet Portraits

If you would like to commission a pencil portrait of your much loved pet please email a high res photo to victoria@originalsinpencil.co.uk - you are welcome to send a selection of photos and from there we can discuss which will make the best composition and what medium you would like me to use.  Once chosen, please allow a two week turnaround from start to completion as each commission takes upwards of 12 hours to complete.

To give you an indication price, you are looking at a starting price of:

A5 - £125

A4 - £185

A3 - £250

More complex work may increase the price but this will be discussed before starting.
This price includes frame but shipping is extra.
